Poor attitude of front desk personnel and absolutely no care for customers. They would rather be on their phone than helping customers.Don’t waste your time. Find another location!If I could give negative stars I would!

The truck was terrible!I rented on a Monday and we had an ice storm the following day so we couldn’t use the rental pretty much at all that day in fear of the ice. We made 2 -3 trips the following day and had to bring it back a couple hours late because of weather.I received my bill and it’s more than what I was told it would be. From now on, I’ll rent from Penske or another more reputable company!

Service was horrible. We walked in and they told us they did not have a truck for us. We contacted this location the day before and was reassured that we were good to go. When we told this to the lady behind the desk her response was " I work weekends, I don't know what you were told" This is the 2nd time we have had an issue at this location. Thank goodness we will never be back in that area again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....I got on the phone myself and found another location 20 miles away that could and did help us out

There was a problem with the final bill but that was partially my fault but everyone was great at getting it resolved. The biggest problem wasn’t with the employees or the store. It was because the person that had the van before me did not return it on time and it made me late. Van was wonderful and made the trip so much easier. Everyone that works there is wonderful.

The worst uhaul experience I have EVER had. I will never use uhaul ever again because of this one location. Rudest people i've ever met. None of the promises from this location were kept.

Not only was my reservation made the day before and was told everything would be ready. I rented a tow dolly and pick up truck. Well they weren't at the location I made the reservation, I had to be sent to another location and wait a hour. Ok fine, after we drive 2 hours away to pick up the car we were towing the straps on the tow dolly were tangled and cut. We could not use them. Called to store they advised me to go buy straps and they would give me the money back. Then, I drive to get straps waist another hour and half, finally get the car loaded towed to the shop doing the work. We get back after hours and have to drop off the truck. Well we got back tried to use the app to do the return, it doesn't work. So we leave the keys in drop box. Come back a day later to get the refund for straps I had to buy. They tell my son they are charging us for damages to the front of the truck. But we did not hit anything. It had yellow plastic rubbed into the front bumper. The same yellow plastic where I parked the truck has a stop sign saying wait here or drop equipment here. Well my guess is the storm that hit that night blew that stop sing into the front of the truck but they are charging me for damages, I also even got the insurance on the truck that covers minor damage and I'm still being charged. This was a horrible experience. The manager can't even understand where I parked it, the sign could have blown into the front of the truck. Absolutely horrible business. Yes I got my refund for straps but the 3 hours extra because their equipment wasn't maintained or reservations not being ready, now damage I didn't do. Had the vehicle been dropped off during business hours I wouldn't have been charged. Do not trust this place if you drop equipment off at night. They will find a way to charge you. I'll never use this company again. I work local to this store and I will spread the word how horrible my experience was having paid extra for insurance means nothing an they are not willing to understand that there is a chance I could be correct. They need to check the cameras. But instead let's just charge a good customer for something they didn't do.

if this woman can be more humble and accept suggestions I wouldn’t have to spend one hour of my time checking fuses on my brand new truck, reading manual under the hot sun. When she realize she’s wrong, she never apologize for wasting my time. Best of luck.

Rude, unprofessional service. When an extra $100 charge was added to the quoted price, the lady at the countered said, " We don't have to tell you." This was after the reservation was not at the place pick up was supposed to be, adding several miles to the milage, and would have added another approximate $100 in milage to the reservation due to overage. She refused to recalculate milage, and laughingly stated the above comment, the two coworkers sitting beside her laughing along with her. Due to her behavior, and the distance needed to be traveled 10 hours of my day was wasted. UHaul has permanently lost my business.

I paid a 700 hundred dollar storage bill and the manager still sold all of my things especially my deceased husband's stuff had a lot of valuable things I wish I could give a zero star especially that Manger Khaideja she said I had stolen goods in my storage a lie she was in on it my life was in that storage while my house was don't go there for anything getting repaired very Rude I was crying about my deceased husband's belongings and she Laughed at me right in my face just Rude

Here I sit, 7:10AM, an hour past my reservation time, no access to the vehicle, and no one has shown up to work. I was called the day before saying my truck that I reserved a week in advance was not available, and they "upgraded" me to a 15 footer at my own expense. No explanation. My questions over the phone were ignored. Best part is, I see 3 trucks of the size I reserved sitting in the lot. Not sure what crack these people are smoking, but don't bring your business here.
