I give this location high remarks because I have been frequenting their location for nearly a decade. More so now since I bought a house.
They have an extensive plumbing supply, different from the Lowes a few miles away. They both don't stock the same items. I usually find Ace has a fitting that Lowes did not.
The customer service is unparalleled: I wish every retail establishment was so good. There is no comparison. If I was to say that they were friendly would be misinformation. They are like neighbors, they are family. They are knowledgeable in home repair, right up to some industrial stuff. Many contractors working on your house get parts from them. If you are new to home repair, you can usually find a good answer/ recommendation from them, even if it is their competition.
In this store, all the employees are like family to each other, and will treat you the same.
The cost is a little bit higher than a big box store, but you dont have to walk and football field to get what you want, and there is always someone there to help you, you dont have to look for them.
And they have great annual and semi annual flowers when in season.
I know, this review sounds like I work for them. In truth, I used to deliver their mail, and I shop with them.
[Extra] if you ever need a last minute gift, their impuls buys near the counter have something for everyone, even if it is a box of shells/rounds.

Omg seriously! How can you have a job here when you don't know the first thing about the materials you carry. I asked 3 people about the right product to use to protect my outdoor furniture and not one of them could help!!! Will not be wasting my time or money here.

Ace Hardware always goes the extra to make sure that you have what you need. I especially recommend this place to get new car/truck keys made. The tech knows how to get a chip key to start your vehicle. Thanks guys! Not to mention they sell Frosty Root Beer!

I had a small project that became quite complicated and I needed a couple of small, inexpensive, parts. I made several trips back and forth to Ace trying to find the right fit. The hardware folks and the cashiers could not have been more helpful or patient. Their customer service and kindness to me was exceptional, especially for such a small purchase.
They have won my loyalty completely. ACE will always be my first choice.
