Allstate has been great so far in the Hattiesburg area. The trusted advisor role gives an opportunity to learn about life, auto and commercial insurance and to be a resource for local business owners. The agency offers good price quotes and provides prompt response to all questions. Customer service and response time are amazing, and switching saved much money. Agents call before renewal to explain increasing insurance and ask if anything is needed.
So far Allstate has been great. Never had an agent call me before I renew and explain my insurance is increasing and to ask if I need anything. Caleb Saucier has been great and he is the reason I have stayed with Allstate even though my premiums have increased.
