“TSC is my go-to for propane refills. The folks are always super friendly and courteous. If you're looking to refill your tank instead of exchanging it, I highly recommend the Petal, MS store.”

“A wonderful facility, clean and well-maintained. Every person we met there was kind. We left with a sweet, 3 month old cattle dog mix, who we are already crazy about. This shelter is worth your time and money. They are trying hard to help those precious animals.”

“Preparing a pet for a move—especially a transitional jump to a college off-campus apartment—can be surprisingly stressful. With a checklist in hand for my son’s cat, I headed into the PetSmart on Highway 98 in Hattiesburg, and overall, it was an easy, efficient, and well-organized shopping run. Selection & Layout The feline section at this location is remarkably well-stocked. Since space efficiency is everything for a college living setup, I was specifically looking for compact yet functional items: Litter Box: They had a broad range of styles, from basic open pans to top-entry and enclosed privacy boxes. I managed to find a high-walled, compact covered option that will keep litter scatter to a minimum in a smaller room. Food & Water Bowls: The feeding aisle had plenty of options. I grabbed a pair of shallow, weighted stainless steel bowls with non-slip rubber bases—ideal for preventing spills on carpeted floor space. Toys: The interactive toy selection was a highlight. I picked up a mix of teaser wands, plush catnip mice, and a few self-play track toys to help keep the cat entertained while my son is out at classes. Atmosphere & Customer Support The store was clean, brightly lit, and easy to navigate. Aisles are labeled clearly, so tracking down specific cat care accessories didn't require aimless wandering. While I mostly knew what I needed, an associate in the pet care department checked in to see if I was finding everything alright and was pleasant and prompt at checkout. Final Verdict If you need to gear up for a pet's transition to a new home or just need to restock supplies locally, the Hattiesburg PetSmart delivers on variety, convenience, and value. It made tackling a full moving-day prep checklist quick and completely hassle-free.”

“I’ve only purchased freshwater fish and supplies from here, so I can’t speak for everything. However, every time I come, the couple that owns the store is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve gotten all my fish from here.”

“Came to this store since the one off of Hwy 98 didn't help me at all. I needed a specific bunny bedding. They had 1 in stock. The gentleman here said he could help me place an order in store and have it shipped directly to my home for FREE (must be placed in store for free shipping). Of course I did that. Within 2 weeks, my bedding was delivered. The delivery driver was great. He texted me with an ETA on delivery day. Also helped with caring product into our garage. Great customer service!”

“I got a new puppy here based on a recommendation from a friend. They have purebred dogs to buy as well as rescue dogs. They're professional, responsive to questions, and the well being of the dogs seemed to be a top priority.”
