“On 4/9/26 my car told me that my tire pressure was low. I got out and could hear the air going out of my tire. Thankfully, I was only a few minutes away from Eagle Tire & Service. Russell the store manager was so kind and even though they were closing in 45 minutes he assured me that they would take care of me. They discovered that both rear tires had nail and staple in them. They check all my tires, fixed everything and I was on my way. I am in Hattisburg visiting my granddaughter but it is good to know that I have a place that I can go if needed again. “The whole staff saved my trip to the beach. My car broke down 4 miles from their place, one shop said it would take a week for them to get to it, but they referred me to the lil tire shoppe who said come on we can handle it.
Kevin Dyar saved the day, and went above and beyond even working late to get me back on the road.
I forget one of the Front Desk ladies names but the others name was Amy, both of them were amazing.
I even found out that they owned the lil Butcher shoppe Which I found out while waiting is known to some of the best food in South Mississippi

“We were traveling with our trailer across country and had an incident with one of our tires on Thursday, Feb 12th. While roadside assistance got us to town we needed to change all the trailer tires out. The staff at Firestone were able to take us in right away, and supplied us with great tires. While we waited we mentioned we were having some engine issues as well. They ran some diagnostics and offered some suggestions for next steps in troubleshooting. They also had several good pieces of advice for our trailer, and even suggestions for traveling in the local area, not to mention some good friendly conversations about life and motorcycles. The repairs were well done and completed quickly, and the service and friendly atmosphere were excellent. They really helped us out at the end of a tough day and got us back on the road safely. We highly recommend this shop!!
