Please know that I've got an account with them only for this reason. They made me remember even 5 months after ever dealing with them that they were who I needed to used when and if I needed a brick and mortar bank.Today was that day and because of Cristen and the entire staff, I'll keep them as long as I need a bank. They made an absolute nightmare day turn out ok.Now, the MDES and they're little bit of power they have right now... It's going to their heads and they should understand what we are going through, assess the whole situation and then make procedural decisions based on everything. Because my check was made for a direct deposit request, it didn't have a number. Well they say that's precisely why it can't be used.4 months. Still haven't gotten the 10k owed”

Imagine to my surprise when I saw a negative balance. I was embrassed. However Regions allowed me two days. To deposit monies into my account! No overdraft fees.. this helped me . “I was treated decently by informative employees. And I was helped with everything except making me a Debit Card. They don’t have the Machine to make one. Every Branch should have one. I have to drive from Philadelphia,MS. to Carthage,MS. to get one. Unless I want to wait 7-10 Business Days for them to mail me one. I don’t want one if it takes that long. I will just drive to Carthage and get one.”
