“It was ok. The staff seemed more interested in their video call verses answering questions about a mechanics toolbox my fiance wanted to order. She yelled up to the manager I suppose and tried to get him to wait on us which he never came out of his office he just yelled down the answers to our questions from his upper office window. The parking lot has big pot holes in it in desperate need of repair. I did find what I was looking for but my husband didn't not that he's had much luck anywhere.”

“Update:There has been a change in management. The lady who managed the store prior to covid is back, and it shows. The problem managers are no longer there. Glad the store is back to being a good place to shop.Up until this past March this TSC branch was AWESOME. There was a lady there (wish I knew her name) who was a manager and she was great. There was a guy who was also a manager who was also very helpful. But I haven't seen either of them for months, and since they disappeared, this branch has really taken a nose dive. The last few purchases that required management to do something has been a disaster. Everything takes FOREVER. And not because they are crowded, but because they are just horrible. They go to get something or someone to complete your purchase and just disappear. Go and start helping another customer, or just enter the twilight zone and you can't find them. After my trip there this past weekend, I have now officially written the place off. Wont go back. And we used to go there a LOT. All my feed (I have over 100 chickens) now comes from a feed store that is twice as far away. Such a shame to, because the place really was great before. My last trip to the Slidell TSC reminded me of how ours USED to be.”

“Nice store, plenty of products, sometimes it's a bit difficult to find someone that works there is you need assistance that's probably along with constant computer problems at the register are the only negatives. Everything else is great.”

“This store has everything you could possibly be looking for! The staff is so well versed on their inventory they can tell you immediately where something is located. I always go to Quick and Groce for my hardware needs.”

“Service technician is polite, friendly and knowledgeable.Upon the initial visit (Oct), he discovered that the repair request was placed through A&E appliance, not through Sears Home Services. I asked to contact the company and correct the issue, he stated he couldn’t, make another appointment. The time line started in September with the initial appointment time. So the next appointment was in November. Diagnosed a burner and a switch replacement on another appointment. Company Canceled and rescheduled the appointment on that day, add two more weeks. Next appointment canceled due to weather, ice on streets. Rescheduled appointment, installed burner and one switch. The switch on the new burner was bad, ordered another switch and rescheduled appointment. Today installed second switch and burner worked. It took from September to February to repair my range, which was not fully operational through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.”

“Since it's the only one in our town we go there for quite a few things. They do have good sales ,sometimes, especially on cleaning projects. Their garden center is nice, wish they would add a bigger variety and the employees I have asked questions to, either don't know or say they don't have it. And I found what I was looking for anyway. Needs someone to focus on the plants and make sure there in good shape and all the dead pieces are gone. Other than that, I enjoy walking the garden center. And they have a great selection of plant food, root starters, seeds, and pesticides that are safe for the plants.”
