They expedited the work order (instead of putting it off and opening up the chance for errors) WHILE I was on the phone and the part will be ready for pickup in <72 hours. “Great auto care. It took them an hour or so but they at least got my car oil changed. The guy in charge was very nice. He said they had 3 cars ahead of me, but he is going to try and take care of my car ASAP. And they did. Great price for full synthetic oil change. The also changed my wiper as I had asked them to. Big thanks to him for taking care of me on Friday peek time of 5.30 pm.”
