“Come to find out I like Dollar tree better than Walmart they have a lot of good things there that you wouldn't believe for $5 that normally would be like 30 like I got a 15 00 loom light for $5 that looks like a fan I was shocked if they had that for $5 not only that they got canned food for cheap everything there is pretty doggone cheap a lot cheaper than Walmart it's almost my new place to shop if they just had more food selections but now they are getting better”

“Every week I get a helium balloon for my little baby, she can play on it for hours while I get work done. My Monday's are BUSY, so it's important that I get one before the night ends ? I lost track of time and saw that Dollar Tree was still open at 8pm, so I hauled butt! I walked in and one of the employees could tell that I thought they were closing soon, she greeted me with the biggest smile, and said "Baby! Don't worry, we will take care of you!"
I was looking for a clip to clip the balloon on, all they had were the heavy weights. When I tell you both employees didn't give up looking for a clip, one of the employees came back with 3 different options Y'all I can tell you this is the BEST costumer service I've ever had at a Dollar Tree, heck better than most places nowadays. When I got up to the register, that name tag read 'Lucky'. Well, well!! Ain't I lucky to meet the famous Ms. Lucky herself! I told her she is Flowood famous and we appreciate her amazing customer service, she's been praised a ton on this page.
The young gentleman tonight did an amazing job too yall! He was the one that looked far and wide for my clips. We are lucky to have Ms. Lucky and Domonick here in Flowood!!”

“It's by far the best Dollar General store in the south Jackson area! Courteous helpful and friendly cashier's! Stockers are willing to help if I can't find what I'm looking for! It's def one of the only Dollar General stores in the area that has what I want or need! Stocking so you can get to what you need without going around the world & thru the other shoppers to find an opening to get to the items you want! Unlike so many other Dollar Generals in Jackson! If I need Dollar General it's def my favorite, it's where I go, without dreading the obstacle course of boxes, and carts they are stacked up on so haphazardly! No grouchy cashier or stock clerk who's only reply to a question is, umm let me check with so and so! They would know where the things I need are if they were working, not chatting or milling around trying to look busy! The clerk's and cashier's are friendly courteous and helpful, most times busy with the customer's doing their job!”

“Hi.The employees was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I don't like is that we don't have any buggy to take our stuff out to the car.The customers are not allowed to carry them outside the store to take their purchases to their car.That is horrible.”

“The one on cooper and Rainey rd is cool and you don't wait in line forever they are pretty good at getting you out fast. And the one.on suncrest is old school and I love that store very much. Always so nice and irs clean and always stocked up. I think I have only sen that particular store with clothes on racks well and the one on terry”

“I love going to Dollar General. They are very nice and helpful always greeting me when I walk in. This place has lots of merchandise to choose from. I cannot go in there without staying awhile and looking at all the great things they have to choose from. It's not expensive either. I went in one day on my way home from work and there was this elderly man in there that was thirsty and didn't have enough money for his drink and I saw the cashier pay for the rest of what he didn't have. That is the kind of people that help make a difference in the world. I recommend this store to everyone. I hope you can get the chance to visit this store.”

This place is very friendly, the staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I did not upset their day by coming in to buy something unlike the Dollar general's in Jackson Mississippi.
