“This place has been a haven for me and my wife. We are able to come here instead of the hospital for her treatments and the staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, well knowledged, polite, courteous, and very attentive. Answers all questions with ease, encouraged to contact for any issues if we have to do any treatments from home along with 24/7 oncall staff for emergencies. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone is wonderful here.”
“Nice little pharmacy. It reminds me of older local drug stores like Beamon’s that closed years ago. Great addition to NE Jackson. Also they consistently have medicines that larger chains like Walgreens can’t seem to keep in stock.”

“Haven't met a Kroger I didn't like. For one it's the only place to get my Boar's Head ? cold cuts. The deals are pretty good also. The chop meat is always good also. Makes great burgers. I must say I tried the fried chicken at this one. First time ans man it was delicious and I had ot with their mashed potato which was also totally worth it. Only thing negative I have to say is I needed to take cash back and I was shocked to see it charged a fee. C'mon Kroger, you don't need that fee. Next time because of that , barring I don't need Boar's Head, and I needed cash, to save the fee, I could just as well go to Walmart and get what I need and no fee for cashback after spending 80 bucks.”

“This is where I get all my compounded prescriptions! I love their text messaging system. It lets me know when my prescription is ready for pickup. Their text system also alerts me when they will be closed for holidays or emergency.”

“Polk’s employees have been extremely helpful when explaining my medications and communications with me regarding my refills or when my medications are out of refills. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have noticed that on my prescription labels, it shows how many refills I have remaining. This is a great practice for CUSTOMER ACCOUNTABILITY! They are the pharmacy team, so I know handling so many prescriptions keeps them busy, but making sure I reach out to my doctor makes it a little easier on them and it builds a better relationship. Thank you all for what you do!”
“This Kroger is super fancy! I come from a town with a much smaller Kroger and honestly this one puts it to shame. The sushi, antipasto, and deli are always great, and the woman at the cheese counter was attentive and very helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I love stopping by here whenever I'm in town.”

“Have always had a positive experience with this pharmacy. The whole staff here is friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are awesome and go above and beyond to help you, be it for prescription questions or advice on over the counter items. Was so happy when the pharmacist caught a possible drug interaction from a new prescription while still taking previous prescription. The same Dr prescribed both and didn't catch but the staff here did. Thankfull they did!!Would drive out of our way to go here if we ever move.”

“Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”

“I love the staff her, especially the cashier, I think her name is Shy-something lol I came in on Sunday 11.24.19 wanting to buy one of each, of all of the Hello Kitty merchandise. They only had two large kitties left, one which couldn't stand, and the other with a stain on it. She took the time to put tide on it, cleaned it, wiped it for me. She was so sweet!! That made my night, I spent over $100 and more just on her caring for something I collect.”

“My first experience with this pharmacy. The staff was customer- friendly and went beyond to assist me with cost reduction for an expensive medication. Staff protective of patient prrsonal information by not speaking loudly and directing patient behind me to step back so as not to be able to hear or see my information when entering data on payment machine. Yes, I would recommend this pharmacy to friend and family.”
