“I love this flea market! My sister and I stopped by once or twice and got some cute beach themed decorations for our bathroom for a really good price! It's a lot bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside, and I enjoyed browsing with my sister. Hope to come again after a while so they'll have some new items!”
“I went as a last effort to find a dress for a marti gras ball and I hit the JACKPOT. The owner was nice and friendly. The store was clean and organized and I found the prefect dress. 10/10 will most definitely be going back”
“I'm disappointed in the new pricing. Saturday 20$ bag was removed and replaced with 1$ items only for a certain color tag. Not very many colored tags. Half off all other. Name brand are not discounted. NAME BRAND? Sounds like mercy house is getting. Bit greedy.”

“A good thrift store in the Jackson area, albeit in a somewhat dilapidated area and in a building that also seems a bit weathered. A lot of the items aren’t the nicest, but there are some gems scattered throughout. There is no AC so shopping here in the summer can be unpleasant. Sometimes they give away nice freebies: once I walked away with a box of fresh mangoes and huge jug of early-pandemic hand sanitizer from a distillery.”
“Nice thrift store! Items are clean and laid out to make it easy to shop. Prices are very fair. No strong odors, like dirty clothes or febreeze to cover up dirty clothes smell. Having had a small business and as a non-christian, I understand your bathroom policy. It has nothing to do with jesus, seeing as how he won't be cleaning the bathroom. There are plenty of businesses around if someone needs to find one.”

The The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Jackson is basically part treasure hunt, part time machine—you walk in for a shirt and leave wondering how you ended up with a vintage lamp, a cast iron skillet, and a story to tell.
Prices are great, the finds are always changing, and you never quite know what you’ll discover (which is half the fun). Plus, every purchase is doing some good in the community—so it’s retail therapy with a purpose.

“The store is a hit and miss. Intended to be nicer than the average store but really ends up. Just being less inventory. Does not have a toy department which my kids were very disappointed in. Men's and women's shoes are all mixed together. Found that to be a little strange.”
