Very slow. Lack of knowledge. Excessive time for simple things like check deposits. I have multiple accounts including business with them but this branch doesn’t care.

Very friendly. I live in Jackson but rather come to Ridgeland for my bank needs because they're always very welcoming.

Love all Bancorp South locations. Always clean and great service. Seems like they have a location near you wherever you are. Keep up the great work.
