“I have been member of Commfirst credit union for over ten years. Recently they joined Brightview Credit Union. While I no longer live in Mississippi I have continued to bank with this credit union. I am unable to handle day to day transactions in person so I have to handle a majority of them over the phone. I had been going back and forth with members of the credit union regarding loan payments for months and it felt like no one could help or understand. Then I talked with Tyekasia Demmings from the Tupelo Branch. Tyekasia exemplifies compassion and understanding. She understood what I was inquiring about explained the process and fixed my issue. If she says she will call you back she does. And if I leave her a message she calls back. “I was having a huge issue with my account, and no one at Wells Fargo could help me over the phone. I was so frustrated that I was ready to switch banks entirely.As a last ditch effort, I went into this branch to see if anyone could help. The entire staff here was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. Every single person working took time to try to assist with my issue or simply to assure me that they would help me get it figured out. Katelyn (hope I'm spelling her name right) specifically went above and beyond to resolve my issues, even calling another bank for a verification that should not have been hers to obtain.Thank you to the staff at this location for saving me from a huge headache and tons of stress!”
“YOU ARE BEING MISDIRECTED!!! The bank was fine. Excellent service, if you
can find it. Google Maps will take you to the wrong place. But the security guy driving around the parking lot of the wrong place is very helpful and gives accurate directions. So you'll probably get there eventually, score one for humanity.”

“Recently started using this one due to the one by my house closing. It was my closet option at the time. I will say the people working the drive-thru were always really nice. They would always greet me and say goodbye as I left! They are much quicker that the one by Northpark Mall! So usually you can get in and out with ease. They usually have one armed security person working. Seems like a safe area”
