“Although I've only shopped here a couple times, there was one experience which leads me to give it five stars. I called the store to inquire about if some shoes seen online were in stock. After being told that they were then I just very casually mentioned over the phone that I would come in the next day to try the shoes on and didn't think anything else about it after that. So the next day I visit the store, and I learned that the associate who I spoke with on the telephone had set a pair of shoes aside in their back supply room and actually put a note on the shoebox with my name on it to reserve it for me! Initially, I wasn't sure if I was even going to purchase the shoes in the first place, but both the high quality of their products and the unexpected level of good customer service led me to end up purchasing a pair.”

“Today was my 2nd time visiting this store and I made a purchase both times. The first time I went was Black Friday around 12:30pm. The store wasn’t crowded but I had to find someone to assist me because the young lady near me was so engrossed in conversation with another customer and basically ignored me. And that customer didn’t make a purchase.I did find a nice gentleman who assisted me and the ladies at cash register were very friendly..Today Mikayle greeted me as soon as I walked in store and said if I needed help to let her know. She did help me and I appreciated it so much. She is definitely an asset to company unlike the female during first visit.The ladies at cash register were Charlene and Kristi. I had met both during first visit and they were very friendly then and the same today.One thing I love is good customer service and that’s basically what you get in this store with that one exception.
