Over the last several years it has gone through many changes, but now that Keith has been managing the store it has become my favorite place to check for home decor items. The manager works tirelessly to keep this store stocked and orderly. Thank you Kieth for all that you and your staff do, for this community. You are greatly appreciated in the Ridgeland area.”
“I was visiting family in Jackson, I stopped to look for work uniforms. This was the cleanest Citi Trends I've ever visited. They had a nice selection of uniforms and the staff was very friendly.”
“Mr walley and Mrs Ty were great customer service at K&G establishment. Once we walked through the door Mr Walley came and showed my friend his way around the store for suits. And helped him looked long and hard for a preferable style until the last second. He was patient and helpful just like Mrs Ty who check us out and gave advice too.”
“I usually don't visit this store much about two times a year because it's always overcrowded line long and the customer service could be a lot better. But today was a really good day. I was able to find what I needed. The store was not crowded, and the young lady at the register seemed very concerned about my situation and helped me with a decision before my purchase. A lot of things can be found here if you are willing to scope out the entire store.”
“I brought my daughter in last weekend to shop for her first homecoming dress. They have a beautiful selection of various styles and colors to choose from. Chesley helped us choose a dress and went above and beyond to help us. She never rushed us or acted like we were bothering her. She took her time with us and also gave us several recommendations on shoe color, jewelry, hairstyle. She made our visit to the store very pleasant and she was just a joy to work with!”

“Even though they are very expensive. I love that they have what you a boy needs for prom, church, funerals any occasion. Even though I paid $29 for a pair of pants $20 for shirt $29$ for tie and suspenders. Should have a had it cheaper for a 9 yr old or a sale”
