“This is one of the only non-profits I know of that actually helps people. They're also the ONLY diabetes charity that directly helps people in Mississippi. People donate millions into national charities that never comes back into the state. Meanwhile, there are people here dying from untreated diabetes, because they can't afford insulin. This group actually tries to help the people, children, and families of Mississippi.”

“I have eaten here as well as volunteered my time a few Saturdays to help the interns that work there. My experience in both situations has been humbling and fun! This is a wonderful place to help young adults with disabilities work and enjoy a sense of accomplishment. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. My favorite is the flatbread Sammy K Slammer and cookies! This place is full of love for everyone that walks through the doors. I highly recommend to visit and volunteer!”
