Kitchen & Bath near Ridgeland, MS

“I’m happy with every aspect of my Bath Fitter experience.

When I bought my townhouse, it already had Bath Fitter installations in both bathrooms. The previous homeowners had been so pleased with their first installation that they later did a second. But by now, the first installation was 20 years old and needed repair.

I talked to Amy Phelps at the Bath Fitter showroom in Ridgeland, Mississippi. It took her only about five seconds to locate the previous owners’ contract. Even though their warranty did not transfer to me, Bath Fitter Ridgeland still stood behind its product. (Bath Fitter has since made its warranty transferable.)

I had a contractor renovating the rest of the house, and the Bath Fitter work had to fit into the flow, so I had ongoing phone and text communications with Amy about scheduling. She responded promptly to calls and texts and was always helpful.

My new installation is done now, and it turned out exactly like the models in the showroom. Plus, it’s not only beautiful but also—according to my installer, Billy Bishop—ridiculously easy to maintain. He recommended using a spray glass cleaner like Windex!

As for Billy, he was skilled, professional, and efficient, and he left the work area cleaner than it was before he started.

Will I still be pleased with my new tub and shower in 5, 10, or 20 years? I don’t know. I do know that Bath Fitter in Ridgeland was still around after 20 years to replace the previous owners’ first installation and that their second installation still looks great. Bath Fitters did a stellar job on my new installation, and they warranty their materials and their work. That’s good enough for me.”

“If you want to deal with top notch people that actually care, you won’t be disappointed with these folks. Mark and Donna went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new carpet.”

“So this place is about a 1.5 hour drive for me one way. Ya'll already know we got screwed on our new home, and that some of our kitchen hardware was missing. I stopped here to see if they could exact match our oil rubbed bronze hardware so I could stop staring at that contractor's pencil "X" on that door in my kitchen. I was greeted at the front desk and after showing them a couple of pieces of our hardware that I had brought with, they were quickly able to exact match the items I needed. I looked around for a little bit in the showroom while I waited, and this shop also has various types of digital door locks if that is something you are in the market for. One thing to note, I wasn't able to locate any type of online ordering option. This store utilizes a purchase-order type payment system and the web page seemed a little out-dated without the option to order online, which would have saved me 3 hours of driving. I do like the town of Jackson though. This area seemed very clean & tidy with newer homes and shopping areas. At least now I know where the airport is too. Anyway, I also installed hardware to my laundry cabinet doors since they were missing the fingers grooves on the bottom. I used the top of my washer lid as my guideline and then measured one inch from the inner side of each door before drilling my holes. I think it came out pretty good! Thank you to this shop for including the screws. This was the one time I was happy to get screwed! Know what I mean, Vern?”

“I get all my seasoning from Ollie's and I love that they have a large variety that other stores don't have. They have so much more households, kitchen, bathrooms, bedding, gardening and outdoors. Go see for yourself!”

“When I tell you service was outstanding... from the moment I opened the door to walk in up until the time they loaded me up to leave, their service was IMPECCABLE! Their knowledge alone about the flooring options from durability to ease of instalation was worth a million dollars. I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for anything concerning your home! I'll definitely be shopping here again in the very near future, amazing experience.”
