From the first step in, we were immediately greeted by the staff, even the one with other customers looked up briefly to speak. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just helpful information to our questions. We did not buy on the first day, but we did set up our profile and what we wanted. Later went back and was met with the same friendly greeting and our associate remembered our meeting, pulled up our profile and went into a review of what we picked out from before.
