There was a super friendly employee who greeted us as we entered, offered to help, and checked us out very quickly. I wish I could have gotten her name so I could honor her! “Very clean and well kept. The male and female employees in the fish area were extremely helpful. We spent 10 min trying to catch a 6 line wrasse. When the male called in for reinforcement from the female critter catcher. She had a 6 line caught in 1 min. These people need a raise in pay”

“I bought two bags of cat food that were on sale, but when I got home I looked at my receipt and saw that I never got the discount. I returned to the store next day and showed receipt to the young manager on duty, and he said nothing could be done about the overcharge other than write to corporate. I then got an email from Petsmart asking me to rate the store. Of course, I expressed my dismay. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised when the chief store manage, Nathan, took time to personally call me and correct the mistake and also explained why the overcharge had occurred.”
