The products themselves will always be a hit or Miss for me but this review is STRICTLY customer service. I was there about 3 weeks ago and you have your usual set of greeters at the front door but it was a Saturday and I feel as tho every associate was there that day and I am literally walking around looking for specific brands and I know I am looking confused I literally had 5 associates walk past my confused face without even acknowledging if I needed help or not. It LITERALLY took a lady(I wish I could remember her name) that was coming off her lunch break to ask me if I needed help and offered me help with her lunch bag still in hand. That’s very disappointing and I feel as tho this branch needs another round of customer service training because the service this day was literally a Zero to 1 star but the lady helping me is why I gave this branch 2 stars

I went in to learn how to use an eyebrow pencil and get color matched. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but was immediately introduced to Michaela L. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, laugh, AND do an amazing job. I would go back even if I didn’t need anything new, just to see her again! Thank you Michaela and the Sephora team for being so welcoming and helpful!

I felt compelled to leave a review for this establishment today. I went in to smell some of the new perfume releases and had a very lovely chat with Tracy (Tracie? Sorry I didn't catch the spelling) concerning perfumes and such. The staff here are extremely nice, they will ask you if you need help but aren't overbearing. Thanks!

Honestly I'm in my 80's! And the service here wasn't that nice... to be honist the amount of 10 year olds I seee everytime I come into this store is JUST WILDN! The testers are mushed up and dirty even my granbabais don't even wanna use it and they're 12! I won't say I won't come back to this establishenet but I do say it's nasty and to that I say. 1 STAR!

One of the workers made me feel very bad. He was rude and almost made me cry. I always go to that store because I work nearby and that worker always makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I don't know his name but he is a man about 40 years old.

The store was so very dirty. Trash all on the floor. It was quite disturbing. I have never seen it that way. It was so very hard for us to get help. Even tho we knew what we wanted but getting someone to pull out new shades that we needed was a task. There was plenty of people working on the store but they all “appeared” to be so busy and overlook us. Maybe it was a bad night. It was Saturday so maybe it had been busy all day. It was definitely one of my worst Sephora experiences ever.
