“It’s rare to find the level of care,compassion and customer service that I received at the UPS store in Ridgeland MS yesterday. Jaylin was excellent I had the wrong type of label and he worked with me and my mom both of us are not tech savvy. We were able to Facetime on my phone then he gained remote access and was able to walk her thru the steps to be able to create a new label and get the refund sent as requested and the return completed. Thank you Jaylin you went above and beyond and it’s appreciated. Jason was helpful as well they run the store effectively and efficiently. I will be returning whenever I’m in the area and need to utilize a UPS service.”
