“Hey y’all, I had a package that needed to be delivered on Tuesday because I had surgery medical device. They told me the package could not be delivered no way know how until the 29th I got a hold of Louis Harrington at the local hub in Pearl this young man listen to my story listen to my aggravation and went out of his way to bring the package after he got off work to my home to make me more comfortable, this young man is an outstanding person in my eyes. He went above and beyond to help another human in need when everybody else seem to let the ball drop, the young man needs to be recognized for his diligence and trying just to help somebody out, Louis Harrington is to pick up and delivery manager at the Pearl hub. He did an outstanding job and I just want to tell him personally thank you for the bottom of my heart and my shoulder feels much better today because of this young man.”
