“Ava greeted me the moment I walked out not the store. I was there to only ask a question of how to do something on the website - and she resolved the problem for me! She was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Ava is a true asset to your team. I would like to add there was a gentleman working there also that I did not get his name. He was assisting another customer and he was just as nice.”

“I came to the Cricket Ripley, Ms location from out of town to get my mom who’s currently immobile in a nursing home in Ripley , a phone and new service. The two lady employees working this day absolutely jumped through hoops to assist me in this. Definitely wasn’t an easy ordeal as I quickly saw as these two young ladies keep encountering hurdles transferring moms account from ATT. Needless to say these two worked diligently and overcame those hurdles and I walked out with a new phone and service. These ladies quickly turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience.Mom is happy. I’m happy.Cricket is very fortunate to have such customer service oriented employees.”
