“I cannot seem to get any help with my iPhone 7 warranty. Had phone less than two weeks and the screen went black and dead. The numbers I’ve called have been given the runaround. This number doesn’t do the warranty on the 7 call another number and have to leave voicemail which they don’t return. Can’t do in store warranty claim. Big mess then you have to leave over 400 dollars on hold in cases they don’t get the phone back. Not pleased with that part but service on my other line is great.”

The employee Matthew helped me with my issues within five minutes of being there, not only was he helping me, he was on the phone, helping another customer as well. Matthew is amazing at his job, He was so nice and professional! If I could have given him a tip i seriously would have, att better know what amazing employee they have there!”
