“I recently had the loss of my sweet baby, Mochi. It was extremely unexpected and he went downhill very fast. This vet was the most kind and compassionate I have ever been to in my life. The vets worked extremely hard to do everything in their power to save him and answered and explained everything happening very well to where i could understand. When I went to pick him up, despite me being an absolute wreck, each and every member of staff gave me their condolences while sweet woman carried him to my car. Also, they charged me a fraction of what most places would. I am extremely grateful to Woodlawn for how they treated my baby before he left and for how they treated me after he did.”

“I hate to say it but the old lady at the front desk is horribly rude & looks & acts like she should go ahead & do us all a favor and retire. I’ve never in my life seen anything quite like her. Besides her, Everyone that worked there was kind & professional. It was my first time taking a pet there but not sure if I’ll go back cause that old lady was the worst & at her age, I’m almost positive I’m not the only person who she’s treated like a POS & I bet I’m not the first to complain about her either. I was scared to leave my pet there. Thats how dang mean that woman is. The rest of the staff & the vet are good. So good that I’m giving 4 stars. Their 1 problem is the 1st person you see when you get there.”

“My cattle dog was having problems and I called Family Pet Hospital this morning. They were very friendly and professional and I was able to bring her in that morning. The first tech who saw my dog immediately thought it was a snake bite. The doctor confirmed it. And they gave me medicine for her. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. My dog was seen almost immediately and I was in and out in record time. The place was clean and organized and had pill pockets available (which I needed). I highly recommend them!!!”

“Excellent experience with this clinic. This is first dr. That didn’t allow blosm to dictate the exam. Even after getting sum pretty bad looking scratches the dr wasn’t giving up and was able to treat her more thoroughly than anyone else. Including me!”
