“Brought my vehicle in for a brake repair...my ignition cylinder was beginning to go out but was still functioning and was not asking them at this time to repair this. Unfortunately the mechanic used a tool to turn my key when he couldn't get it to work and ruined my key and ignition cylinder to the point where I could not insert the key or get it started. Performance replaced my key and ignition cylinder free of charge and made things right and appeared to have felt bad about their mistake, and did not try to con me into paying for it or say it was my fault due to my ignition cylinder already not being in perfect condition. Very appreciative that they owned up for their mechanics mistake and helped me out.”
“I had a few recalls fixed on my 3500. There were a couple of issues they couldn't duplicate, and my concern with the hood looking loose and floppy on the passenger side is normal. That's kinda sad on a 100k truck, but not the dealers fault.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service and time it took to complete.
I did have a door edge ding that I thought they possibly caused, but I couldn't say for sure, nor could I prove it. I just know it is rare that anyone rides in the passenger side, and I didn't notice it two weeks before when I washed it. It is what it is. Stuff happens!
I would go back if I needed a recall or a service I couldn't perform myself. Friendly people in service to deal with.”

“I put 5 starts because the people at the front desk were amazing today and did everything to help but however the people actually working to put new tires on my car were very slow and acted like they didnt want to work. We dropped my car off at 8:40 I did not get my car back until 11:40. Slow service so be sure you have nothing to do.”
