“I just had my second experience with buying tires here. I want what I want. They get them for me. I'm frugal. I am unable to find a better price. They're courteous and friendly. I went to get my new tires mounted and balanced late Friday afternoon, less than one hour before closing. I was there less than 30 minutes! Those guys aren't messing around. To top it off, I'm supporting a local business. Product, price, and service, all A+.”

“I cannot thank Lucas enough for going completely above and beyond for me! I was stuck at Mr. Chen's waiting for a roadside assistance jump- right around closing time when Lucas stepped up, came over, and jumped my car himself. He didn't just stop there—even though it was the end of the day, he also installed the new battery in my car right then and there. His willingness to help a stranded driver when he was supposed to be wrapping up completely saved my day. I am incredibly thankful and appreciative of his kindness, professionalism, and amazing customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have someone who genuinely cares about people. Thank you, Lucas!”

“We are so fortunate to have this auto parts store in Senatobia! It is clean, organized, and well stocked. My son is a new driver and learning how to do his own truck repairs, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure he has the correct parts to drive safely and maintain his vehicle. If you have questions, they will do the research needed and explain everything thoroughly. Thanks guys!”

“I had a few recalls fixed on my 3500. There were a couple of issues they couldn't duplicate, and my concern with the hood looking loose and floppy on the passenger side is normal. That's kinda sad on a 100k truck, but not the dealers fault. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and time it took to complete. I did have a door edge ding that I thought they possibly caused, but I couldn't say for sure, nor could I prove it. I just know it is rare that anyone rides in the passenger side, and I didn't notice it two weeks before when I washed it. It is what it is. Stuff happens! I would go back if I needed a recall or a service I couldn't perform myself. Friendly people in service to deal with.”

“Only one really helpful and courteous lady on the counter... fielding phones, waiting on customers and trying to get the delivery man gone. She is THE ONLY REASON I'm giving 5 Stars. Thank you!”

“The guy working on my tire did a great job and did take him longer than usual but afterwards he told me to take the car to Gateway next time since it was hard for him to put the tires on. At least he was honest and finished the job he started.”

“I put 5 starts because the people at the front desk were amazing today and did everything to help but however the people actually working to put new tires on my car were very slow and acted like they didnt want to work. We dropped my car off at 8:40 I did not get my car back until 11:40. Slow service so be sure you have nothing to do.”
