“A friend of my son's came to Memphis, from Louisiana, to visit. On the way up here, someone side wiped her car, did a lot of damage to the exterior, and bent the axles, and popped a tire, among other things. She was stuck on the side of the interstate, putting the donut on the car, and crying - mid-panic attack, because shes in a strange place, and terrified of the semis blowing past her. So, she called another Gateway first, and told them everything that happened, but they couldn't help her, cause they only work on diesels at that location. So, they sent her to the Wilson Rd location, and she went in and asked for whoever it was they told her to ask for. They fixed everything for her, and when she went to pay, they had already taken care of it for her!!! I am floored at the kindness they showed her!! People simply don't do stuff like that anymore, and that's so sad!! Always lead with kindness, because you never know what someone may be going through. Faith in humanity restored!!!
