“I have been a member for abt 13 yrs. The staff are very courteous & have always been so helpful. I have borrowed money 2 times in those years & both times were great. I tried the checking account but just could not make that work. But that is the only complaint. I thank the staff for all the help tbey have given me over the years.”

“Incredible bank! Great people and service in both Southaven and Olive Branch! Both branches put together a sweet soirée to gather, enjoy some nice tunes by some local young guys, and great treats, savory and desserts. Prizes, goodie bags, and the electric signage often has uplifting verse to encourage those driving by. It's a great place. Online deposits via app as well as drive up ATM and super helpful inside branches.”
“BEST BRANCH in Southaven. DO NOT GO TO THE BRANCH ON GOODMAN ROAD E. This branch got everything done in hours compared to the other branches three days!! This branch took care of me with respect, understanding, and efficiency. The goodman road branch will just give you a hard time, be ruthlessly disrespectful, and get nothing done! “If you come here, always use a teller. I don't trust their ATM after it stole a deposited I made a locked me out. I called the bank while I was there and reported it. I did not move from the ATM, and they did not give me full credit for the deposit I made. Plus, it seems like it doesn't. matter what location you go to, the ATM will be broke if you need to make a withdrawal. On the positive side, the tellers are very nice and professional each time I go. So that's why I give is 5 ?”
