The CVS store provides a mixed customer service experience, depending on the staff on duty. While some employees may be friendly and helpful, others may be less engaged, making little eye contact and directing customers to the self-checkout. However, the overall impression of the store is positive, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The pharmacy team is described as a "well-oiled machine," providing efficient and personalized service. Customers appreciate the great deals and coupons offered, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff who make them feel valued, even with the store's growth and corporate demands. Despite occasional inconsistencies, CVS is generally seen as a better option than its competitor, Walgreens, in terms of customer service and overall shopping experience.
The CVS at church and Getwell is the best around. Pharmacist Victor is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will do anything he possible can to be sure you get what you need and understand the medication you are getting. Rest of the staff is also very courteous and helpful. Best of the CVS’s around.

Customer service depend on who's there. It's a hit or miss. Some don't even speak and basically make no eye contact so you have to use the self check out. Some people do speak depending on the day.
