“I love this washer mat the lady that works here name Wendy she keeps the laundry looking clean and decent. All washers and dryers are clean very well. Do to keeping it up”
“Very clean, eventually matches the prices of cheaper laundromats. They offer more and feels safer than the ones I usually go to. There's even drop-off services available - probably on the weekdays.. People are nice, there's ac where you truly need it. People were in and out. No lingering. I will be back! No quarters here. Only cash and card to load onto their laundromat system which have deals. I have more than enough for my next visit. Family-approved!”

“Nice clean environment.....new washers is a plus! Theresa is great she very polite & she goes around checking on the patrons all while keeping the facilty clean.
I posted the top portion about 7mths ago but I just want to know why would you all get rid of the people who speak English & hire a person that DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH! THAT'S DUMB I CAN'T EVEN GET MY QUESTION ANSWERED!!! I ADDED TO THIS ONE B/C IT WOULDN'T LET ME WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW...??”
“I love everything about this laundromat location, they have plenty of washers and dryers to meet the need of any size laundry load you have and they respond very quickly to any issues and resolve them right away! Hands down the best!”
“Adrian is the best route driver ever! He is always prompt and makes sure our items are clean and neat. He always calls when he arrives and makes sure his services meet or exceed our expectations.”
“Kamesha is an amazing person. We connected when I needed a move out clean and I was drawn to her energy and professionalism. Her communication was top notch and I felt 100% confident leaving my home in her hands. She had worked with my property manager and knew what was expected by them. The pics she sent after she and her team finished were outstanding! Thank you, Kamesha!!!”
“I had to make a review because this was by far the most peaceful experience I’ve had washing. It was enough washers and dryer and the cost was great.
After washing and drying I left behind some ideas that were important to me anyway. And I reached out to the owner to see if I can get some help with possibly locating it. And it was a good chance this item was taken already or tossed. So he went above and beyond and cashed app me so I can get a replacement. He didn’t have to do that but I’m appreciative because today has been a day and he could tell I was overwhelmed. I appreciate you Josh.”
“I’ve been coming here for a while now and the service and staff have always been super helpful and friendly. The restrooms are always clean when I come, I love that they have a play area my kid loves that part the most. I prefer to come when it’s least busy. Prices are great as well especially while trying to save for a washer and dryer. I recommend giving this laundry mat a try you will not be disappointed.”

“May 2026 The machines are working perfectly, the only problem is the worker drinks a lot of alcohol and isn't paying attention to opening the bathroom door. He's been there washing for two hours, and I need to use the restroom. The owner should fix that problem.”
“Wonderful laundry mat, we love coming here and dropping off our laundry when we are working. The ladies are very nice and they keep everything very clean and running smooth!”
“This man at this Laundromat is extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and very professional.
I just had to commend him.
He is always working, cleaning just taking care of things. He takes care of customers as well. You can tell he cares about people, and his job.
Bravo!

“OLDER BLACK OWNER TAKES PRIDE...PROVIDES CLEAN & POSITIVE environment WITH WORKING MACHINES...I LOST 1 QUARTER..AND CHANGED MACHINES...RUSH TO BEAT THE closing..he spent a good 15minutes fixing the machine..at closing time..I was the last one...the doors were locked..but he made sure he refunded my
MY MONEY $0.25; CENTS
BEFORE I LEFT
..cause he saw I was a first time customer..
I parked on the wrong side although it's the RIGHT SIDE .
But .he, without me asking; unlocked the :wrong door" so I didn't have the tote 4 load of clothes around the building AGAIN...as I let my car idle..I saw him watching til my lights came on...in MEMPHIS as everywhere elsd ...this is RARE..AND the machines are SPACIOUS...4 loads took 2 half the time as at home would...”
“We dropped off laundry to be done. It was done super quick and my daughter’s baby blue belt bag was beautifully cleaned (she was very worried the stain wouldn’t come out). So easy and well done!”
“I had several items that needed to be pressed for an event I was attending that night. The owner told me if I brought them in before 12:30 she would do them. As promised my clothes were ready 2:00 and I was a satisfied customer.”
“We have been customers of White Oaks Cleaners for roughly 6 or 7 years now. They do a wonderful job, they are very professional and the prices are extremely competitive. We have used them for all types of garments, tablecloths, etc and never have I had an issue. They are extremely reliable and delivery is SUCH a time saver for us. We could not be happier with them. One time we had a shirt come back without a button. As soon as I let them know they apologized, repaired it and delivered it to us. We didn’t need it immediately so I did tell them just to bring it with our regular delivery. Couldn’t be happierService: Delivery”
“Best prices in town , you will literally save so much money going to it plus its super clean with great machines and the people are always nice and its very safe and very well taken care of. I recommend to everyone”
“One of the best places in Memphis TN in the whitehaven area to wash your items. My family and I have been coming here for 20 plus years and the owner is so nice.”

“With COVID going on and this winter wasteland we’re experiencing, they’re going strong and it’s clean with friendly staff, much appreciation to the guys in here keeping things running smoothly !! Also the prices are very reasonable.”
“Clean facility and no waiting for a dryer or washer unless it's a specific one that you want to use. I think the lady that lock the doors before 8 and closes early gone. I don't think she liked the job just wanted the money.07/15/2017The lady still works here. She don't seem to make the last wash at 7pm no more when is actually 8pm. I'm seeing that she starts cleaning early and told this couple they have to use the washing machines in the middle or back cause she's cleaning the ones in front.”
“Amazing turn around... I have always loved it here because of the low prices and great equipment!!!unfortunately people have bad days which is only human nature... Thanks for understanding.... By the way me and the workers have a better connection.. Thanks and happy holidays☺”
