“We have been customers of White Oaks Cleaners for roughly 6 or 7 years now. They do a wonderful job, they are very professional and the prices are extremely competitive. We have used them for all types of garments, tablecloths, etc and never have I had an issue. They are extremely reliable and delivery is SUCH a time saver for us. We could not be happier with them. One time we had a shirt come back without a button. As soon as I let them know they apologized, repaired it and delivered it to us. “There were just a few machines out of order but the dryer I got had all my clothes dry in about 20 minutes and I had about 5 loads in 2 different dryers. I was in and out so quick. Took me longer to fold the clothes than it did to wash and dry them.”

“The cleaners lost 5 of my pants and refused to intitially respond to my request for compensation or replacement. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with a follow up letter. A month later they called me to tell me they had found my pants and said they would waive the dry cleaning charges for my trouble. I was satisfied with the result, but their initially response was poor. I am not sure what they would have done if they hadn't found my pants, but "All's well that ends well. Once they corrected the matter I will go back, they have a Wednesday 30% discount on dry cleaning, which is less than any other cleaner by far and I have used them for years. .”

“Clean facility and no waiting for a dryer or washer unless it's a specific one that you want to use. I think the lady that lock the doors before 8 and closes early gone. I don't think she liked the job just wanted the money.07/15/2017The lady still works here. She don't seem to make the last wash at 7pm no more when is actually 8pm. I'm seeing that she starts cleaning early and told this couple they have to use the washing machines in the middle or back cause she's cleaning the ones in front.”
