“Extremely clean! The gentleman that was working there was so nice and helpful. He made sure we were able to work everything and checked on us while we were there. He was constantly cleaning machines and sweeping the floors. Bathrooms were immaculate. Great machines as well.”

I met a lady named Brittney that works there and she is always there with me late night cleaning and talking to me. I enjoy our late night chats because I feel safe. BWL if you see this review, keep up the good work and continue hiring good employees that know how to treat people right! I’m usually here every 2 weeks but now I come once a week just to wash my clothes, sip my coffee, listen to the music and talk to Brittney as she cleans the facility ?☺️?”
“While I do have a washer and dryer at home, come here monthly for my dogs beds *have four large beds) large rugs , quilts and larger bedrooms bedding.
Always clean! Had an issue with machine attendant right on in and issue solve right then and there.
They send out promotions from time to time, bonus when placing certain amounts on card.
Closer to my house and love they open at 6 am earlier than most. Very convenient for me. I'm here aa I'm writing this almost done.
Highly recommend best in southeast Memphis.

“Very clean, eventually matches the prices of cheaper laundromats. They offer more and feels safer than the ones I usually go to. There's even drop-off services available - probably on the weekdays.. People are nice, there's ac where you truly need it. People were in and out. No lingering. I will be back! No quarters here. Only cash and card to load onto their laundromat system which have deals. I have more than enough for my next visit. Family-approved!”

“Denise sweet lady, it is actually my first time doing my laundry from here, she helped me and guided me through out the process. And gave me all the information I need to know that may benefit me as a customer and all the promotions for every Tuesday and free drayer. What amazed me a lot is the level cleanliness, Denise kept cleaning the machines all time at the drop of any stain or detergent, cleaned the premises i was impressing.

“I had to make a review because this was by far the most peaceful experience I’ve had washing. It was enough washers and dryer and the cost was great.
After washing and drying I left behind some ideas that were important to me anyway. And I reached out to the owner to see if I can get some help with possibly locating it. And it was a good chance this item was taken already or tossed. So he went above and beyond and cashed app me so I can get a replacement. He didn’t have to do that but I’m appreciative because today has been a day and he could tell I was overwhelmed. I appreciate you Josh.”
“Expensive but do the best job I've seen yet here in Memphis. I have an online clothing store and photograph my clothing, they really make it look great. Worth the extra cost if you have vintage or expensive clothing.”

I parked on the wrong side although it's the RIGHT SIDE .
But .he, without me asking; unlocked the :wrong door" so I didn't have the tote 4 load of clothes around the building AGAIN...as I let my car idle..I saw him watching til my lights came on...in MEMPHIS as everywhere elsd ...this is RARE..AND the machines are SPACIOUS...4 loads took 2 half the time as at home would...”
