Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Southaven, MS Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is one very favorite store to go to with so much to browse. Assistance can be hot or miss, but there are good employees. One employee in flooring was very helpful, and a gentleman in Pro Services was the only person to help a disabled customer. Another cashier was also helpful. However, other experiences were poor. Some employees were not helpful, leaving customers standing. One curbside pickup employee seriously requested $40 each to load a heavy item. At the fast checkout lanes, one employee had the worst attitude. While some interactions are great and helpful, others create hassle and stress, leading some customers to go elsewhere.
I saw a guy wearing a low uniform and I asked for help and right away.He helped me.Thank you so much michael. He was very nice and asked if I needed anything else.Thank you for the drill.I love it.I'll definitely back
