“Brantley was very helpful loading my pick up order. I tried to give him a tip as appreciation but he let me know that it's against policy. Great employee with great values and he's eager to assist customers.”
“We went in to buy a mower after a frustrating experience with a different store. TSC did not have a trailer we could rent to get the mower home but worked to make a solution for us. They were helpful and kind throughout the process. They have earned our future business.”
“Had a home project with a lot of moving parts and custom touches. I was over my head but determined to see it through. That’s to the Lowe’s staff for great advice and unbelievable service.”
“They always have what I need. But the cases of water they are selling for $1.00 needs to be moved to the back of the store, people form lines that block the aisles and the registers.”

“After a day of not so good events, Brooke saved the day, even though she was heading out to end her work day, she didn’t skip out on providing great customer service. We are very appreciative to still have someone demonstrate great customer service during these times where it has become more rare. Thank you Brooke and Lowes hold on to employees like her because customers appreciate it !”
