This review is more about Lucky's online return policy than their actual apparel, though women's sizing is all over the place. I purchased a top online. I received an entirely different top than purchased. Using Lucky's chat feature, I contacted them to receive the correct top. They wanted visual proof, which I found off-putting, but I sent a picture of the top I received. The support rep agreed it was the wrong top. My options were then to return the top to the Lucky Store or return it via email. I had to repurchase and pay for the correct top IF it was still in stock and await my refund.Even though the closest Lucky to me is a state over, I decided to exchange the top. The top was no longer in stock in my size, so I requested a refund. I was refunded the cost of the top but not my shipping fee. I felt entitled to a full refund as the mistake was on Lucky's end. The salesperson said she did not know the policy on that but would contact customer service and update me. I never received that call, but I knew that was a long shot anyway. I contacted the chat a 2nd time for my shipping refund. It took several minutes for them to investigate the issue. Finally I was told they were processing the refund, and it would take something like 3-5 business days. More than 3-5 business days later, I contacted chat again only to be ensured that it would be another 24-48 hours. 72 hours later, I contact chat for the 4th time! I was told there was "a glitch in the system", and I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. It took more like 3-5 minutes before the refund posted. Well, plus the original 15 days.Lucky has some great tops that are a good mix of street wear and business casual. They have some cute earrings, too. What they do not have are good customer service and return policies. They sent the wrong shirt and made me prove it, initially only refunded the cost of the top where I was basically paying over $10 for their mistake, and then took 15 days to return my shipping fee. This would NEVER have happened with Amazon. Had they made a mistake like that, they would have shipped the replacement out immediately, no questions asked, and given me 30 days to return the incorrect item on their dime with a statement that they would charge my card for the item if it was not returned. THAT is good customer service!I'm not shunning Lucky, but I will never ever ever purchase online from them again! Considering there is not a Lucky location in my same state, that greatly cuts down on my purchases from them. It's very disappointing as I'm a huge online shopper. Luckily (no pun intended), there are plenty of other clothing stores to order from. To be honest, I don't think Lucky even has an app. I haven't been able to find one. :/

I don’t recommend shopping or working here. The way I was fired was unprofessional and had no real investigation involving me what so ever. The manager called me screaming and yelling at me for not clocking in even though I was watching the store for days while the rest of management was out sick. Yes, opening and closing.
