“I took my car to another mechanic about 6 weeks ago for new brakes and rotors. I went back to.the same shop about a week later because something still wasn't right. They claimed to fix it properly, but it was still making grinding noises. Finally, this week I took it to Firestone.
At Firestone, my first point of contact was Wade. He was fantastic! He listened to all of my concerns, then sent the car in to be looked at. Obviously the news wasn't good. He asked where i took the car before, and I told him. He was pretty upset because there were a few HUGE safety concerns that should have been spotted immediately during a brake service. He spoke to the previous mechanic for me, and got new brakes and rotors from that shop sent over, as I was NOT going to that mechanic ever again. Wade showed me exactly what the problems were, and what he felt needed to be done to the car immediately for me and my family to drive safely. All of the staff were truly caring and considerate. I would absolutely trust them for anything. They didn't have to be so kind, but they went out of their way to do so.
I can't speak highly enough about them, and would recommend them to everyone!

“The guy at the front was absolutely delightful. He walked me through every charge and every process before the work was done and after. He also made suggestions and gave advice, called me throughout the process to keep me informed and even helped me out with a coupon or promo of some kind when I couldn't get everything I wanted done because of the price. Which allowed me to get done what needed to be done and that really meant a lot to me. All the work was done well as far as I can tell and the truck runs great.”
