“The staff there was very nice! Very informative. Kept me updated on my car's progress. I really like how they would send me pictures of the issues of my car, instead of just telling me. So, I can see with my own eyes what problems I'm having with my car. I would receive calls and texts, as well. The lady at the counter was very sweet, understanding, and patient. She even gave me a Good discount!? They really took care of me and my car. My car is back running better than ever. All in all, every experience I have had with them, have been Wonderful! “I stopped in a couple weeks before Christmas with a screw in my tire and a cargo van that sounded like Fozzy bear riding a donkey. I was quoted what I believe to be a very fair and reasonable price for a pretty good list of repairs. What was supposed to be a one day job stretched to two full days, but there was excellent communication every step of the way. They also ran into an issue and had to get a part on Christmas Eve. No one delivers on that day, but a part was procured and my van got fixed before Christmas. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I feel like they went above and beyond what was expected. Also, I feel like I'm driving a new vehicle. It feels and sounds better than it has since I got it. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone with a vehicle. I just couldn't be more pleased. Go see them.”

I called him asked if he knew he stated he didn’t and he paid for my transmission to be fixed. It turns out that they said they serviced the car, but they never did not only that when they talk to me, they didn’t even talk to me. They talk to the person next to them about my car. The service was so poor. I vowed never to go to them again and I’ve always used Firestone in the past so I went back to Firestone because they deliver the product that I’m looking for which is serviced for my car.”
