This Verizon has proven to be the worst Verizon to go in. Customer service is horrible. They are lazy and tell you they can’t establish a new account or port numbers over. But when we called customer service, it was done in less than 10 minutes. They are unprofessional and disrespectful because they walk away when you’re still talking. The phone was out of stock and she didn’t offer to order it or check with another Verizon. This incompetent behavior angers customers and causes them to go to different companies. This whole store and its employees need to be revamped. Either additional customer service training is needed, training on how to effectively do their job, or just hire someone that wants to work.

Be aware of this location. I purchased 5 phones august 2019, due to where i live I did not have service. I brought the 5 phones back the very next day and paid the open box fee for 2 of the 5 phones. The location received the phones and told me the account was closed and I did not owe any balance since there was a return policy and I brought the phones back after 1 day. I received a collection notice in the amount of 1,740.00 saying I owe for the phones and reported it to the credit bureau. Do not purchase from Verizon or this location. Be ware of what they will do. You have been warned. Verizon is a worthless company and now they are trying to steal from me. I wont pay this not or in the future. Not happening.

I had a trade in phone get lost in transit between the Verizon store and their warehouse. The professionals here worked hard to help me track it down and get my trade in credit restored!

Absolute horrible service today. We understood the AC wasn’t working and it was hot, however you had customers. No one was willing to help us. They were all sitting or taking a personal phone call and walking away from us they didn’t want to be bothered. Never have I ever encountered such horrible customer service with Verizon. Very rude! Never going back there.

You all are liars.. I had already paid for my phones and service online and you lied said it canceled. Then you said you were going to talk to the Manger to give us same deal free activation fee nope lied. You ported the wrong number for my husband and you were in a rush because it was time to leave. Come to find out order cancels today for non pickup(that we were told canceled already) Be more professional

Aarion was amazing. She was so kind, nice, polite, and PATIENT. My phone wasn’t working for almost 2 weeks and she got me fixed quickly. Every Verizon needs an Aarion.

Kenyon Jones is an awesome Verizon associate! My husband’s phone was showing SOS and he could not send or receive calls. We went to the Southaven store and Kenyon got him fixed up quickly. Kenyon has great customer service skills and is a major asset for Verizon. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The staff of this store is lazy and confrontational. As soon as you walk in the building there's a tangible feeling that they do not want to help you and that you the customer are a burden on their time.
