Generally good but many need to be improved especially to simplify the leasing process. The move in is terrible with many last minute change of room and apartment. Customer service and agents are unprofessional. They can't solve the simplest issues. They keep promising without actions. But now repair getting better

The rent is reasonable and the place is very accessible. The staffs are very nice and helpful, however, the issued front key was not working altho they changed it after 2 days. I was not issued with the room key so until now I am so scared for my rommates I barely know that may go through my stuff.
