“I’ve heard great things about The Grand and when we stopped by to tour, we were not disappointed. The clubhouse is huge and the best part is the 24-hour fitness center. The staff greeted us at the door and the whole environment was welcoming. I can’t wait to move in next year.”

“Been staying here for a year now, and do not have any major complaints. Initially, though, I was given a bad room but after they examined the situation, the room was changed. The maintenance team is extremely helpful. When I moved to another apartment they helped me to move and did not charged a penny for helping me. Whenever I have filed a complaint they have fixed the issue as fast as they can. My microwave stopped working and they replaced it within 2-3days. Positive points : You get a personal bathroom at this rate, which is great (of course it's your responsibility to keep it nice). The property is almost on campus, so you save a lot of money on gas (and also don't waste more fossil fuel). It is not so noisy, bearable! Though, some of the people at the front office are rude (not everyone) and this one star is deduced for that. Well, there are flaws in everything, they too have some flaws. Hope they will remain respectful about the roommate preferences process for which we fill a form when we sign the lease (again not so bad experience). My overall experience is good, I would highly recommend this place to those who want a moderate place for staying. It's not highly priced and not too cheap, but it has occasional offers that helped me save some money. The electricity bill, I heard, was way cheaper when they personally handled it, now it's a little higher which would be my another criticism. Other than that this is a safe place, at least that's what I felt, after a year of living here. It's quite peaceful if you get the right sorts of roommates. And there are some responsibilities on the residents as well (just like you have at your own home), you should be careful about those and things would be smooth. That's what my experience has been. Best place if you are looking for a moderate place for staying. You are welcome!”
