“Words cannot express how grateful I am that I visited this place when I went to get my windshield chip fixed. My toddler was having a total meltdown when we came--so much so that I wasn't sure I could even help him get out of the car! The technician was incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay in the car while he fixed the chip. And not only that, he chatted with us and made us feel at home. “I had issues with my battery. Personally, I had a few men look under the hood before bringing my vehicle to Cole’s. They all thought the same thing: a loose ground wire, but no one could locate the issue. I dropped my vehicle off one morning and asked that it be looked at and if I could be notified before anything was corrected or fixed. When I checked on my vehicle, I was told that a cable had, in fact, been loose. They tightened it back up, and I also was not charged for this particular service.
I thank the gentleman for being an honest mechanic and for his compassion for women like me. I simply get in and drive, so I know nothing about cars. 😂 He did what was asked, didn’t find another issue to charge me for while I was away, and was very polite. I recommend Cole’s to anyone and I’ll definitely be back!

“Tri Starr has always been very dependable and honest in all my repairs the past fifteen years or so. Recently while installing a new battery in my car, the electrical went completely dead with the new battery. Tri-Starr was able to work me in that afternoon. By the next morning it was ready for pickup. Cost-one hour labor to diagnose and repair. No $155 diagnostics fee plus repair cost, just straight good customer service. I really appreciate the Tri-Starr team of Kevin and Brenda along with some very good mechanics that work for the shop. Thank again.”
“Sam put after marker headers on my 2010 Camaro which took honestly a day and half maybe and he was able to communicate with me that the clamp wouldn’t fit and ask if welding it was an option. This is a great shop 10/10”
