“These gentlemen replaced all three belts on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra that I bought back in September. Although lots of adjustments were needed after I bought it, it has been well worth the money. All three belts were on the verge of breaking but I took it day by day to get them fixed one at a time. After the last belt was put on, my steering was finally fixed even after a last few adjustments. They have also changed my oil in the past and are very honest and professional. I am thankful for this staff for continuing to keep me on the road.”

Me and my wife went on September 4th 2024 for a transmission fluid exchange and the technicians diagnosed a very loud whining noise from the engine which I thought was normal, but it is not. They have the cheapest professional hand wash I’ve ever seen, less than $25 for a outside wash/wheel shine and interior vacuum and wipe down, my car is always •~SpArKLiNg~• after it’s been in Petty’s hands. Highly recommended for regular car washing—support this business!”

“y'all were short staffed and a routine truck pickup took us way longer than it should have (3 hours total, NB: They guy apologized when he finally got round to us but it was still valuable time I didn't have to spare!). Secondly, your trailer is broken yet your online system allows people to rent it out and they only find out it's unavailable when they get there. please fix this. We ended up having to rent a trailer from uhaul to go with the truck we reserved. The truck and trailer were incompatible and we had to drive it across the country. I almost got a ticket for it in Wyoming. I am upgrading my rating to four stars because you reached out to me and I'll be very grateful if you would please hire more people and have your online website truly reflect the reality at your location. “I received an error about a LED error on the left front light of my 2021 Lexus RC350. I went to Carl Hogan Toyota. They diagnosed the system needed to be placed. I was required to pay up front for the parts. That was the first I have had to do that from a dealership. Of course I was shocked that the parts and labor was $6000. They ordered the parts and they were successfully installed. The customer service personnel were great. I couldn’t give them 5 stars when I was not trusted to pay my bill for parts.”
