“My wife and I had a flat tire north of West Point and rolled up at 4:40 pm on a Tuesday in route to beach. The nice lady at front was so pleasant and never hesitated to help us even so close to closing . We had a new tire on and back on road just a little after 5 pm. She turned a bad start to a trip into an absolute awesome customer service experience.It’s amazing what a smile and good attitude can do to make a bad situation into a good one for a customer.
