“I needed a storage unit at 4:00 on a Saturday. I googled and the first company I called was Your Extra Closet. Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never rented a storage unit and he answered all of my questions. I had to recall twice with finding the location and with entrance code and everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable. I was super impressed with the service and availability so late in the day on a Saturday.”
