“I went Lowes for a very very simple project. Queen bed slats. Micheal was there and immediately helped me locate the wood I needed. I wasn't sure if it would fit the measurements I needed so when I went to check out I asked one lady about the wood I was purchasing and was told they didn't know anything other than 'all they do is sell wood'. I almost walked out without anything until Michael further helped me understand that you have to cut the wood yourself. That's all I needed to know. “Yesterday June 27th, I had a horrible time at the Lowe’s in Starkville. I waited over 15 min to get help after I had to go find help 2 times. Both employees were just not hands on with helping. This made me go into “Karen” mode so I got the manager, Charles. I told him my experience and he was very willing to help me. He escorted me to the back, personally got my item from the shelf, helped me ring it up, and WALKED it TO MY CAR! He took a really bad experience and made the moment right. Charles explained to me he hadn’t been the manager for long, but if he starts training new oncoming employees like he treated me; I can really see this business sky rocketing. Thanks Charles.”
