“We had anything and everything go wrong on a trip to Florida this hertz site was so amazing and worked with us to get us in a vehicle so we could make it to our destination. The staff were polite, understanding and kind. I know there are poor reviews because of not getting deposits back but we had no issues and got it back within 24 hours. And we actually asked the employees regarding the reviews because $500 for a deposit is a large amount of money. The staff insured us that as long as we did not smoke in the vehicle and the vehicle was clean we will get it back and those are very simple rules to follow and my husband is a smoker and we also have a service dog which traveled with us so they were very understanding about that and like I said our $500 deposit was returned within 24 hours so I highly recommend this location if you ever need a vehicle they saved us truly!!!!”
