The staff here are all professional and courteous, they can make sense of what seems so complicated, and they give a personal touch to ensure every customer is happy and everything is in working order. They've helped me with issues dealing with CPUs acting up, RAM cards going bad, motherboards having factory issues, and most recently, completely replacing an SSD that went bad, they reloaded my computer with Win 11 Pro, more than I was asking, and golly, I love it. My computer runs so much quieter, so much cooler, it doesn't lag anymore, the CPU no longer rattles loudly, the room no longer gets hot.
