When i had screen replaced last month my phone now for some reason has a different imei number and doesnt work with my service provider anymore. And idk how to fix this but the new imei number isn't compatible with cspire service but the phone I brought into store was? And they say they don't know how it.woild have changed either. Guy called me he said it wasn't possible that I had a new imei number but according to cspire it is not the same as one I used before. I just went ahead and swapped companies bc I was not going to get another phone.
