Mrs Pauline and her sons run that business, which belongs to her dad and these people are AMAZING! I came in at the last minute to get my Insurance on my car because it was gonna be in repossession by the end of the day and only so much on me at this time and Mrs Pauline was so amazingly helpful and went out of her way to help get this insurance today!! And I did! So thank you much to Mrs Pauline!! ❤️ and her son Mitchell, not knowing the process due to me already having cosmetic issues, he informed me how that works and wanted to make sure I was aware of the policy and I informed him that those cosmetic issues were already there and he said yes maam just wanted to make sure and assured me some other good things as well... so yes I REALLY REALLY recommend them.... “We love our insurance ! Lightening struck our home and killed our central air. They had it replaced within 3 days?, even though both the inside and outside units needed replacing. We also had a wreck (someone else's fault) which total our car. They settled our claim within a week, giving the true value of our car, along with a rental, and a hotel room (as we were out of town.). Just can't brag enough about them and their service ?”
