“Went in June 30, 2026 at the end of the day, to see about a keep and switch program. I had fulfilled half my contract with Verizon on an iPhone 16pro and a galaxy 24+. Cole was excellent and extremely helpful. I added a 3rd line and device for actually less money monthly than I paid for 2 lines with Verizon and the service is so much better. 5G in all the places that was only LYE with Verizon most expensive plan. I am extremely happy and grateful for Cole.

“Charlie is a great manager. He provides great customer service and moves with urgency to assist me with a billing issue. I would recommend Verizon to my friends and family. Thanks Charlie”
“Niva and Yreyrey were super helpful and smoothly handled my iPhone 14 to 16 transfer. They know the products well and made doing business with T-Mobile a pleasure. Plus they also know good restaurants !!!”
“I was on the phone with Jatin for quite awhile and he fixed everything for me. Great customer service I've been a customer for over 10 years and I'm very impressed with Jatin. I asked him to send me a survey but it never came but I will call and talk to his supervisor and tell him what a great job he did”
