“I am so grateful and thankful for this place! I was having some major tire issues and the guys here fixed me up in timely manner and was so kind. I will most definitely be back!”
“Raphael and everyone was most helpful! They did not try to oversell, and their honesty is greatly appreciated. I also appreciate them working in this extreme heat to get me up to date and on the road. Good job, gentlemen!!!!”
“Once again I'm visiting the best automotive shop in town. The customer service is beyond extraordinary (with special thanks to Kenny and Jake). I came in and was told what I needed at an amazing price (no gimmicks or you need this, oh you also need that). Also, I didn't have to wait all day, I went next door and had breakfast and walked back and my vehicle was ready. Hopefully, I will not need any work any time soon, but if I do, I'll be back here.”

“We broke down going from Kansas to Gulf Shores.
Excellent service! They repaired our truck, checked it over thoroughly to confirm there were no issues over and above the original problem, and never tried to sell us additional repairs we didn't need. Jimmy and his wife were honest, professional, and got us back on the road within just two hours of getting the truck into their shop. We really appreciated their quick turnaround, fair treatment, and integrity. Highly recommend!”
“This place is awesome! Jake and Hayden are the best they came to my door and handle business. I was getting an oil change for my mother's car and they took great care of me. Thanks guys, I would definitely be back ”
“This is the best mechanic shop in Tupelo. They work on my personal vehicle plus my work van and never fail to get things done quickly and efficiently. Always friendly and polite and so helpful when I need a ride to pick up a rental car or even taking me home.”

“Everyone says their mechanic is the best but I know mine is- that's why he's always busy. Genuinely honest, reasonable prices, and central enough location that its convenient for everyone.”
“We visited this location recently on a recommend from a mechanic friend of mine. I needed a coolant flush and refill and they were lightning quick, ultra professional, and kept me reassured the entire way. I'm absolutely going back to them. In fact, I'm going this week. 6 out of 5 stars. Would recommend.”
“The best experience I have received. Maggie and Hailey were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I felt that they truly cared and walked me through each step. 10/10 service and 6 stars! Highly recommend.”
“The staff were very kind and accommodating. I was a little impatient because I was tired and hungry but they overlooked it and responded with kindness. I'm sure they did a good job changing the oil too. They have a nice waiting area as well. I'll definitely visit them again once I need another oil change.”
“I had a blow out and arrived when they were closing.. they stayed and did my tire for me and were all so kind and helpful! i’m thankful for auto care because they helped me get back to alabama with my 5 month old!”
“Excellent experience buying from Metro Ford. Great customer service and always quick to respond when you have questions. I would recommend friends or family use them.”

“Really nice guy checked our oil level before a road trip that took 2 seconds. We tried to give him a tip to help with his lunch or buy a cold drink in this heat but he politely declined and said his Father bought that location and they just want to keep everyone safe out there. I highly recommend this place”
