“Super nice clerk. We had a misfortune that 3517 Bienville in Ocean Springs would not take our Uhaul trailer. The excellent customer service from this drop off brightened our day because we were super upset how we were treated at the Bienville rental. Super sweet clerk.”

“I am so very pleased with my experience at The Storage Center. I was under pressure to change from a larger storage unit to a smaller storage unit, and the extremely helpful associate named Kelly bent over backwards to facilitate this process. She gave me very personal assistance and made it a very painless transition. Kelly also worked very hard to help me save the most money I could save. I highly recommend The Storage Center as it’s easy to access your unit and the staff, especially Kelly has really gone above the call of duty to help me get situated at The Storage Center!”
“Wonderful accommodating people here. Even helped us get piano to someone we gave it to in a nearby unit. They went the extra mile when we’re were checking out. I would use them again.”
“David Palmer, THANK YOU SO MUCH for going above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we needed! We called several places BUT you were the only one who took the time to help us locate a vehicle that best fit our needs!”
“Everything was great. The employee I spoke with handled my rental very well and worked with me very nicely when I was late returning my rental. Would use this location again and I definitely recommend.”

“Great experience with BIG Storage Vancleave called them after hours and got me moved in within minutes. Needed a facility with gated entry and high security for our business equipment and this was a perfect fit.”
